Dylan Stone-Miller
Co-Founder & CTO
Dylan brings over a decade of technology leadership to Commonwealth Grocers, with expertise in building robust, scalable platforms. Previously, he was nominated to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list as a co-founder, built two non-profits, and was a founding software engineer for a Y-Combinator company earning $10 million+ ARR helping small businesses.
With a practical approach to disruptive activism, Dylan leads our technical strategy and platform development. His experience spans full-stack engineering, AI, blockchain, and data science.
Austin Hadley
Co-Founder
Austin channeled his seven years of experience leading an independent food distribution company into defining some of the problems in our traditional food system. He helped guide the early development of the new system we are implementing at Commonwealth Grocers and we are forever grateful to share ownership of this project with him.
His unique perspective bridges the gap between food distribution and growing community wealth rooted around people over profit. We wish him luck as he leads his own grassroots movement!

Feeding People Without the Middlemen
Beyond building a member-owned grocery system, we're actively demonstrating what's possible when communities organize around food. Through our pop-up events, we feed hundreds of people for free, following a playbook anyone can follow.
By cutting out grocery store markups and buying in bulk, we're able to recover most costs through voluntary donations and sales, proving that we can build food security and community for as little as $1 per person per meal.
