Dylan brings over a decade of technology leadership to Commonwealth Grocers, with expertise in building robust, scalable platforms. Previously, he was nominated to the a Forbes 30 Under 30 list as a co-founder, built two non-profits, and was as a founding software engineer for a Y-Combinator company now earning $10 million+ ARR.
With a practical approach to disruptive activism, Dylan leads our technical strategy and platform development. His experience spans full-stack engineering, AI, blockchain, and data science.

Austin brings seven years of expertise leading an independent food distribution company. As our food distribution expert, he understands the complexities of the supply chain and has built strong relationships with producers and vendors.
Beyond his professional expertise, Austin is a dedicated father, husband, dreamer, former drug addict, and influential content creator. His unique perspective bridges the gap between successful distribution systems and growing community wealth rooted around people over profit.
